Our detox retreats are designed to work around you and your life. All you need is access to Zoom, a blender and a wish to unwind.

Timings of the seminars and Pilates classes are designed to fit easily around your work and home life. 5 day retreats run from Wednesday to Sunday.
SCHEDULE
Welcome Meeting with soulful stretch - Wednesday 7-8.30pm
Seminars - Friday 7-8pm and Sunday 7-8pm
Pilates class - Thursday 7-8pm and Saturday - 11-12am
Progress meeting - We will get together one week post-retreat to check in with everyone and see how they have been getting on. This gives you the chance to ask any additional questions to help you stay on track and achieve your goals.

PREPARATION FOR RETREAT
Recipes - pre-retreat diet to follow to get your body prepped to ensure you get the very best from the 5-day detox.
You will be sent the recipes in advance so you can get prepared and choose the recipes you want to follow.
You will need to fill out a pre-retreat questionnaire as each retreat is bespoke to its participant's needs.

The five-day programme has been professionally designed to give you optimum nutrient intake, detox the liver, support your gut health and to get you feeling rebooted and raring to go!
