I have always worked hard to develop my career, and I am proud of my success. However, the higher up the corporate ladder I travelled, the more responsibility you take on.


Being a bit of a perfectionist, I know I find it hard to delegate and take too much on myself. The result is that work creeps into my home life, meaning I am always 'on'.


Tammys training helped me to reframe my priorities and take time for me. Ultimately I have realised that there is one of me, and if I am going to be any good to anyone in the long term, something had to change. I now feel like I have taken my foot off the gas to burn out.
